Wei Shi Foods was founded in 2008 and is a food enterprise dedicated to providing products and solutions for the ramen industry. We have long served ramen shop owners, F&B entrepreneurs, chain restaurant brands, R&D and procurement professionals, food ingredient distributors, and international food partners.

Beyond providing food ingredients, Weishi supports clients with menu development, standardized meal preparation, and business growth strategies centered on bone broth, tare sauces, aromatic oils, chashu, noodles, and toppings.
